White lupins

Lupinus albus

There are lots of differing types of lupins.  White lupins are better tasting than blue lupins, blue lupins are known to be bitter blues.

White lupins are preferred as a high-nitrogen grain to feed to stock.  They are often included in a mixed species crop for grazing using summer and autumn.

Being a legume they fix nitrogen and provide quality feed for all classes of stock.
